Mr. Gronvall has a depth of experience and a proven track record of
success as a law firm practitioner and a business leader. He built the
core of his legal experience in antitrust law and large-scale civil
litigation, as a lawyer in two of the nation's top law firms.
Mr. Gronvall draws from these experiences in serving clients as
an e-discovery consultant.
Mr. Gronvall leads AdamsGrayson's e-discovery consulting practice
with particular emphasis on information risk management, data
retention planning, strategic e-discovery advising, and
document review project management and staffing. Mr. Gronvall has
designed and implemented AdamsGrayson's market leading project
solutions that today are leveraged to serve more than 80 of the
nation's top tier law firms and numerous Fortune 200 companies.
Prior to serving as Managing Director to AdamsGrayson, Mr. Gronvall
practiced antitrust and commercial law at Sullivan & Cromwell and
Hunton & Williams. Mr. Gronvall is a 1997 graduate of
the Yale Law School.
Professional Experience
Strategic advising to top tier law firms and Fortune 200 companies
on e-discovery and information risk matters, including evaluating and
recalibrating internal e-discovery processes, vetting e-discovery
vendors, designing and implementing data retention policies.
Advisory and due-diligence consulting services to institutional
investor community, including private equity groups, hedge funds and
investment banks on specific targets in the e-discovery marketplace,
with focus on products, services, and emerging technologies.
Leading member of legal and management teams that provided antitrust
advice and electronic discovery solutions on numerous market-leading
transactions involving terabytes of data and millions of pages of hard
documents.
Directed the staffing, hosting, management and execution of large-scale
electronic discovery projects for top law firms and major corporations
around the world.
Represented companies and individuals in domestic and international
criminal antitrust and cartel investigations, including electronic discovery
and data forensics.
