As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Berger performs a wide variety of e-discovery
services for both law firm and corporate clients, including high-level consulting
and true end-to-end project management. He is a proven project leader, and is
consistently relied upon to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
Working hand in hand with both in-house and law firm counsel, Mr. Berger is
called upon to work closely with technology vendors and guide clients through
all of the challenges that e-discovery projects present.
Mr. Berger has most recently managed the largest government contracts matter
in U.S. history, which has involved both overseeing large document review teams
at multiple locations and coordinating vendor/client relationships.
Professional Experience
Managed all phases of document review process and litigation support for
several multi-billion dollar cases involving multiple corporate defendants
Worked extensively with production and data management vendors and clients
to facilitate the capture, review and production of electronic and non-electronic data
Managed teams of reviewers for multiple document review projects and created quality
control processes for each review
Oversaw operations across a thriving recruitment department while maintaining an
exceptional pool of attorney and paralegal candidates.
Maximized success of the company through exceptional recruiting and marketing strategies
developed in collaboration with AdamsGrayson staff.
Experience with numerous online review applications including Relativity, Attenex,
iConect, Ringtail, Concordance, Summation, DocuMatrix, Kroll Ontrack Inview, MetaLINCS, and eView.
